The buildings were built between 1990 and 1992. The two-floor buildings have apartments ranging from half- to two-bedroom units. There are two apartments in each stairway enclosure. The apartments are light and open, with large balconies or terraces. Carports with storage are included in the rent. Modern laundry facilities with saunas (located in the rear building on Kamomillstigen 15) are located in the rear buildings. The inner-courtyards are vehicle-free, with playgrounds for children.

Parhusen Djuptjärn

Our twin houses are located on Kamomillstigen in Djuptjärn. The buildings were constructed in 1990. Two families occupy each building body, with separate entrances. All apartments span two floors and have two and a half bedrooms. There are washing machines and tumble dryers in every apartment. Garages are included. There is a private terrace, with a lawn, belonging to each apartment. Tenants are responsible for mowing and trimming. Kalixbo will provide equipment for this purpose. During the winter, tenants are responsible for gritting and clearing snow from their yard. Heating (district heating), water and refuse collection are not included in the rent.
