Sländan, Åkervägen 4, 6, 8 & Näsbyvägen 25

Sländan is located in the Näsby area, around three kilometres outside Kalix town centre. Sländan was built from 1969 to 1970. In the three floor-buildings there are apartments ranging from studio to two-bedroom units. The buildings have no access to a lift. A number of laundry facilities with modern equipment are located in the basement as well as a free-standing building. The area has access to a sauna, weight-training room and hobby room. The outdoor environment is child-friendly, with open inner-courtyards with barbecue areas and playgrounds for children.

Myran, Åkervägen 16, 18, 20, 22, 24

Myran is located in the Näsby area, around three kilometres outside the centre of Kalix. The two-floor buildings were constructed from 1971 to 1973. The apartments range from studio to two-bedroom units. Each apartment has its own entrance, with access provided via a passageway outside the building. All apartments have balconies. Storage areas are located in the basement. The area’s laundry facilities are located in a free-standing building. The inner courtyards are child-friendly, with playgrounds. There are also attractive barbecue areas.
