For tenants

Being a tenant

  • Living in a multi-family building means having your neighbours close by. To ensure everyone feels at home, it’s important to show consideration.
  • As a tenant, you enjoy a number of benefits. A fridge, freezer, cooker and other equipment are included in your rent, and we repair or replace anything which isn’t working. Simply report the fault to us. We’ll make sure there is heat and hot water in your accommodation, the snow is shovelled and the grass is cut.
  • This also entails a certain responsibility for tenants. You must take care of your apartment and keep it in good condition, conduct yourself so as not to disturb your neighbours and only use the property for the purposes of accommodation.
  • In addition, please be advised that there must be silence in the building from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.

We hope you will find a home which meets your needs, and that we can explain how the renting process works in a straightforward way. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service team.

Our apartments are allocated on the basis of those who have been on the waiting list the longest. Renting shall also take place so as not to jeopardise our mission, the foundation’s finances or the security of our residential areas. This is why we have basic requirements regarding finances, references and your reasons for renting from us. You can read more about these requirements in our rental policy.
