Some things to consider before you get in touch with us:
Check the fuses in the fusebox. If you have overload cut-outs: if the fuse has released, toggle it downwards and then up into the retracted position. Check a few times in order to be sure this is not the source of the problem.
Light bulbs not working
Strip lights, glow starters and light bulbs (including those in fridges, freezers and ovens) are classed as consumables and are to be replaced by the tenants themselves.
Issues linked to drainage
Blocked drains in the washbasin or under the bath are normally easy to clear, and are to be handled by the tenant primarily.

Help us by providing your name, address and telephone number, as well as the apartment number. We also need to know if there are any pets in the apartment, and whether we have permission to enter using the master key.
