You will be notified by the maintenance officer if painting and/or wallpapering is to take place in the apartment. They will also indicate which room/s are affected.
Forms for choosing wallpaper can be obtained from Kalixbo, your maintenance officer or Kalixbo’s customer service team.
Make your choice from the Easy Up catalogue, marked Kalixbo.
Specify the wallpaper number on the form and then hand it in to Kalixbo’s customer service. There is an additional cost if ordering background walls. Check with your maintenance officer to find out how much this will cost. You will be then be invoiced accordingly.
Kalixbo’s painters will contact you one or two days before the work is due to start. You must give the painters a key.
The renovation work is carried out in the apartment, and Kalixbo will register that it has been completed.
If you have an accommodation fund for your apartment, the amount will be deducted from your balance.
