Manhem; Centrumvägen 52-54

The Manhem district is home to the oldest apartment blocks in Kalixbo’s portfolio. Constructed in the 1950s, the buildings span three floors and have apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. There is no lift in the buildings. The buildings were renovated during the 1980s. In this district there is also a five-floor building located on Centrumvägen 52 F, which was built in 2008. At Centrumvägen 52 F there is access to a lift, and the 23 apartments include both one- and two-bedroom units. The apartments at 52 F have an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room, as well as glazed balconies. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of Centrumvägen 52 F and Centrumvägen 54 D. There is a sauna next to the laundry facilities.
